Spirit Illusion

DMG: Equip only to a Fiend-Type monster. Special Summon 1 "Doppelganger Token" with the same original ATK, DEF, Level, Attribute, Type and Effect as the equipped monster. That token cannot declare an attack. If this card is destroyed, destroy that token. If that token is destroyed, Special Summon another "Doppelganger Token"
Wikia: Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Doppelganger Token" with the same Level, ATK, DEF, Attribute, and Type as the equipped monster. This Token gains the same effects as the equipped monster. If this card is removed from the field, destroy the "Doppelganger Token".

Turn Jump

DMG: Activate only during the Battle Phase. All face-up cards on the field are now treated as if they have been face-up on the field for six complete (All Phases) additional turns (three turns for each player). The turn in which this card is activated continues as normal.
Wikia: You can only activate this card during the Battle Phase. For the next 3 turns, each player must pass their turn. (Also, do not draw during the Draw Phase.) 6 turns after activation, resume play from the Battle Phase.

Note: This is slightly different because this affects all cards, not just the face-up cards on the field. Players must do their Standby Phases, before having to option to end their turns. So anything related to the Standby Phase will get bonkers under Turn Jump. For example, getting a card banished by Gold Sarcophagus very early.

EDIT: Given how unfriendly this card would be in FFA/Tags with its card text, I've decided to make a more FFA/Tag version. Behold!

My Edit: You can only activate this card during the Battle Phase. Note the Turn player. For the next 3 turns, each player must pass their turn. (Also, do not draw during the Draw Phase.) After each player took 3 turns, if possible, after activation, resume play from the Battle Phase of the Noted Turn Player.

Blocken

DMG: When a face-up monster you control is selected as an attack target, you can change the target to this card. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Lenguard" from your Deck.
Wikia: If another monster you control is selected as an attack target, you can change the target to this card. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Lengard" from your Deck in face-up Attack Position.

Lenguard

DMG: When you receive Battle Damage from an opponent's monster you can Tribute this face-up card to reduce that damage to 0.
Wikia: If you would take Battle Damage from a battle involving a monster you control, you can destroy this face-up card instead.

Spirit Sword of Sealing

DMG: This card remains face-up on the field after activation. Select 1 monster on the field and remove it from the game, when a monster is sent to the Graveyard of the removed monsters controller, destroy this card and return the removed monster to the field in the same Battle Position. This card cannot be destroyed by Spell, Trap or Monster Cards.
Wikia: Select and remove from play 1 monster on the field, with its effect(s) negated. After activation, this card remains face-up on the field. The removed monster cannot be Special Summoned by card effects. If a monster(s) belonging to the removed monster's owner is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, return the removed monster to its owner's side of the field and destroy this card. This card cannot be destroyed except by its own effect.

Note: The DMG effect makes so that the card cannot be destroyed by its own effect. The Wikia effect requiring a monster's battle destruction was from the Dub. The original makes no mention of this.

Cursed Twin Dolls

DMG: Your opponent selects 1 of the following effects, the remaining effect is applied to this cards controller:
• Gain 200 Life Points for each card that is sent to your Graveyard.
• Each Monster card in your Graveyard is treated as being face-up on your field. Those monsters cannot attack or be attacked, cannot activate their effects, cannot be used to pay a cost, cannot be removed from the Graveyard, are unaffected by the effects of Spells, Traps, and Effect Monsters, and their effects are negated. Cards cannot be sent from your hand, Deck, or Fusion Deck to your Graveyard to pay a cost. If your Monster Card Zones are unused, your opponent can attack you directly.

The Wikia effect is very inaccurate, but there are some things to note.

1. The good effect works with both player's graveyards, not just the duelist who got the first effect. This changes a lot when Tags and FFAs are involved.
2. Episode 217 says that the spells and traps also became "Phantoms"
3. It actually banished all the cards in the graveyard. This is because of that Aria From Beyond play with Spirit Sword of Sealing. Also, any card that was sent to Bakura's grave became "Phantoms" as well
4. Its current text would've made the Aria from Beyond play impossible due to immunity.

Correct Text (Forgive my poor writing): Your opponent selects 1 of the following effects, the remaining effect is applied to this card's controller:
• Gain 200 Life Points for each card that is sent to either player's Graveyard.
• Banish each card in your Graveyard. Cards banished by this card's effect are treated as being face-up on your field. Those cards cannot attack or be attacked, cannot activate their effects, cannot be used to pay a cost, and their effects are negated. Cards sent to your graveyard are banished instead. Cards cannot be sent from your hand, Deck, or Extra Deck to your Graveyard to pay a cost. If your Monster Card Zones are unused, your opponent can attack you directly.

Narrow Corridor

DMG: Your opponent can only attack with up to 2 monsters per turn
Wikia: Your opponent can only attack with up to 2 monsters during his/her Battle Phases.

Mild correction.

Ambush Shield

DMG: Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field. Increase the ATK of 1 monster you control in Attack Position equal to the tribute monsters DEF until the end of the turn.
Wikia: Tribute 1 monster. Select 1 monster on the field. It gains ATK equal to the DEF of the Tributed monster.

Note: The card text doesn't appear to say that to boost expires, but Silent Swordman's ATK did reset when it leveled up. So IDK.

Bounce Spell

DMG: Select an opponent's face-up Spell Card and move it to one of your unoccupied Spell/Trap Card Zones. (You cannot activate this card in the same Chain as the target.)
Wikia: Take control of a face-up Spell Card card in the field, and apply its effect as though you activated it.

Note: This was because Swords of Revealing Light didn't expire with Bounce was used.

*Bonus section: To correct or not to correct*

Necro Jar

DMG: If this card is destroyed by battle, your opponent must send 1 card from the top of their Deck to the Graveyard for each multiple of 300 Battle Damage this card's controller took from that battle.
Wikia: This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell Cards. If this card is destroyed by battle, your opponent must send 1 card from the top of their Deck to the Graveyard for each multiple of 300 Battle Damage this card's controller took from that battle.

Note: This was Wikia's way of explaining how Necro Jar attacked Silent Magician despite Marshmallon Glasses being Face-Up on the field. So should this correction be allowed or not?

I'm glad I'm done with DM05. Now onwards to DM03.

Oops, almost forgot a card.

Mirage Spell

DMG: Activate when 1 monster you control is targeted by a card effect that would decrease its ATK. Negate that effect, and increase your Life Points equal to the ATK that would have been lost.
Wikia: Activate only when the ATK and/or DEF of a monster you control would change by an opponent's card effect. Gain Life Points equal to the ATK and/or DEF that would have been changed, instead.

I for one would approve of that change to turn jump.

End of first episode of Arc V should have gone like this -- "Wait, did you just summon a bunch of monsters in 1 turn?" "Yeah, so?" "Well, isn't that against the rules?" "SCREW THE RULES I MAKE UP CARD MECHANICS WITH MY PENDANT"

-Removed Soul Shield, as its card text contradicted how it was used in Episode 224. Errataing it to include "no battle damage" would simply make it into a clone of Iron Resolve.
