Welcome to the season where the card text and dialogue don't line up 90% of the time! I'm exaggerating but, this season is pretty annoying to term of corrections. Armors as well as Guardian Force have their effects work differently from the anime to make them playable. Some cards are skipped due to being tricky to correct as well as having card texts that contradict the duel (I'm looking at you, Divine Wind). With that, enjoy.

Martyr Curse

DMG: Activate only during the Battle Phase. Select 1 face-up monster you control and 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. Those monsters must battle this turn. If your opponent's monster is an Effect Monster, negate its effect(s) until the end of the Damage Step.
Wikia: When a monster you control is destroyed, force 1 of your monsters and 1 opponent's monster to battle. At this time, your opponent cannot activate their monster's effect(s).
LightPhenix's Text: When a monster you control is destroyed, Select 1 face-up monster you control and 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; Those monsters must battle this turn. If your opponent's monster is an Effect Monster, negate its effect(s) until the end of the Damage Step.

Spirit Hunting

DMG: When the Battle Position of one or more of your monsters is changed by an opponent's card effect, destroy all monsters in Defense Position on your opponent's side of the field, then switch a monster on your side of the field to Attack Position.
Wikia: Select 1 monster you control. Change its battle position, then destroy all Defense Position monsters your opponent controls.

Tank Corps

DMG: This card becomes an Equip Card and equips to a "KC-1 Crayton" you control. Special Summon 3 "Tank Tokens" (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 800/DEF 1200) in Defense Position. The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by card effects. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all "Tank Tokens" you control.
Wikia: Activate only by selecting 1 face-up "KC-1 Crayton" you control. Special Summon 3 "Tank Tokens" (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 800/DEF 1200) in Defense Position.

Note: The Japanese text is shown, but no one bothered to write it down. It shows extra text and it's worth noting as well that Kaiba used three cards to blow up all three tokens in the Japanese version. Why this was changed so Kaiba had to blow up the trap instead is unknown. Here's a compromise.

This card becomes an Equip Card and equips to a "KC-1 Crayton" you control. Special Summon 3 "Tank Tokens" (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 800/DEF 1200) in Defense Position. The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by card effects.

Orichalcos Kyutora

DMG: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by paying 500 Life Points. While this card is face-up on the field, you take no Battle or Effect Damage. If this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon "Orichalcos Shunoros" from your Deck.
Wikia: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You can Special Summon this card from your hand by paying 500 Life Points. While this card is face-up on the field, all Battle Damage you take from battles involving monsters you control becomes 0. When If this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Orichalcos Shunoros" from your hand or Deck.

Note: The DMG effect is a mishmash of the anime effect and the Destiny Board Traveler effect. Since Ice basically reinvented the Armor cards, it would be better to have it stick to its anime effect, since Dartz took damage from Ring of Destruction and Dartz used Deuteros to stop a direct attack, which would be pointless under the current DMG effect. I also errataed the last effect so that it doesn't miss the timing.

Orichalcos Gigas.

DMG: When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard. If you activate this effect, you must skip your next Draw Phase. Increase this cards ATK by 500 x the number of times it has been Special Summoned by its own effect.

This card has caused many nightmares for years. Now, I may have figured out how it works. At one point, Dartz tributed Gigas via Deuteros and then he drew a card during his next DP. The issue that he special summoned Gigas previously, which should've skipped his next DP. That means that the DP Skip effect is actually a continuous effect ala "You must skip your draw phase while this card is Face-Up on the field." Another thing to note is that Dartz didn't keep attacking with Gigas when it died (which would have helped his Kyutora). That's why the Wikia effect notes it.

Here are two possible texts.

When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard but it cannot attack for the rest of this turn. When this is Special Summoned by its own effect, you must skip your Draw Phase each turn while it is face-up on the field. Increase this cards ATK by 500 x the number of times it has been Special Summoned by its own effect.

OR

You must skip your Draw Phase each turn. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard but it cannot attack for the rest of this turn. Increase this cards ATK by 500 x the number of times it has been Special Summoned by its own effect.

Mimesis (Mimic on DMG)

DMG: Activate only when a face-up Insect-Type monster you control is targeted for an attack. Return that monster to the hand, and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Insect-Type monster from your hand. That monster becomes the new attack target.
Wikia Japanese (Google Translated): Activate only when a face-up Insect-Type monster you control is targeted for an attack. Return that monster to the hand, and Special Summon 1 Level 4 monster from your hand. That monster becomes the new attack target.

NOTE: There is a major issue with this, even though the card text and Weevil say it's a level 4 monster, Parasite Caterpillar is listed as Level 3 on the official YGO site. So either the site is wrong or the text needs to be tweaked.

Tweaked Text: Activate only when a face-up Insect-Type monster you control is targeted for an attack. Return that monster to the hand, and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand. That monster becomes the new attack target.

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Mimesis

Parasite Caterpillar

DMG: (EARTH) If this card battles an opponent's monster, equip this card as an Equip Card to the attacking monster. (Damage Calculations are not applied.) The equipped monster is treated as Insect-Type, it cannot be Tributed or attack, and if the equipped monster is the only monster your opponent controls, you can attack your opponent directly. During your opponent's 3rd Standby Phase after this card was equipped to your opponent's monster, destroy the equipped monster and Special Summon 1 "Poison Butterfly" from your Hand or Deck to your opponent's side of the field.
Wikia: (WIND) If this card is selected as an attack target, equip this card as an Equip Card to the attacking monster after damage calculation. The equipped monster is treated as Insect-Type, and it cannot be Tributed or selected as an attack target. If the equipped monster is the only monster your opponent controls, monsters you control can attack your opponent directly. During your opponent's 3rd Standby Phase after this card was equipped to that monster, destroy the equipped monster and Special Summon 1 "Poison Butterfly" from your Deck to your opponent's side of the field.

Note: This is because Weevil did take damage from the attack. The current DMG text would disallow it.

Chain of the Underworld

DMG: Activate only when a monster your opponent controls is destroyed as a result of battle and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon that monster to your opponent's side of the field in Attack Position. It loses 700 ATK. Then, your opponent can draw 1 card.
Wikia: Activate only when an opponent's monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon that monster to your opponent's side of the field in Attack Position. It loses 700 ATK. Then, your opponent can draw 1 card.

Impact Revive

DMG: Activate only during your Main Phase 2. Select and Special Summon 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard to their side of the field that was destroyed by battle this turn ignoring the Summoning Conditions. It gains 500 ATK. You can conduct another Battle Phase this turn.
Wikia: Activate only during your Main Phase 2. Select and Special Summon 1 monster from either player's Graveyard that was destroyed by battle this turn to its respective owner's side of the field, ignoring the Summoning conditions. It gains 500 ATK. You can conduct another Battle Phase this turn.

Obedience

DMG: Change the battle position of 1 monster your opponent controls.
Wikia: This turn, when the monster on the field with the highest ATK attacks a Defense Position monster, change the attack target to face-up Attack Position.

Note: The DMG effect targets, while this one doesn't. Make of that as you will.

Orichalcos Sword of Sealing

DMG: Send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard. Negate the effect(s) of the monster equipped with this card.
Wikia: Activate only by discarding 1 card that you have drawn this turn. Negate the effects of the equipped monster.

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Orichalcos ... of_Sealing

Summon Dice

DMG: Activate this card by paying 1000 Life Points. Roll 1 six-sided dice and activate the following effect based on the result:
1 or 2: You can Normal Summon or Set twice during this turn.
3 or 4: Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard.
5 or 6: You can Normal Summon 1 monster from your hand of Level 7 or higher without offering Tributes.
Wikia: Pay 1000 Life Points and roll a six-sided die. ● 1 or 2: You can conduct 2 Normal Summons this turn. ● 3 or 4: You can Special Summon a monster from your Graveyard. ● 5 or 6: You can Normal Summon 1 Level 5 or higher monster from your hand without Tribute.

Nightmare Binding

DMG: Select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. It loses 800 ATK, then you gain 800 Life Points. While face-up on the field that monster cannot be Tributed.
Wikia: Select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. It loses 800 ATK, then you gain 800 Life Points. That monster's effect(s) cannot be activated, and it cannot be Tributed.

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Nightmare_Binding

Aid to the Doomed

DMG&Wikia: You can activate this card from your hand during your opponent's turn. Activate only when a monster you control was destroyed this turn. Send 2 cards from your hand to the Graveyard to end the turn.

Note: Rafael makes clear that this card only ends the battle phase and the Japanese text confirms this.

Correct Text: You can activate this card from your hand during your opponent's turn. Activate only when a monster you control was destroyed this turn. Send 2 cards from your hand to the Graveyard to end the Battle Phase.

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Aid_to_the_Doomed

Rescuer from the Grave

DMG: While this card is in your Graveyard, when an opponent's monster declares an attack, you can banish this card and 4 other cards from your Graveyard to negate the attack and end the Battle Phase.
Wikia: When an opponent's monster declares an attack while this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove from play 5 cards from your Graveyard to negate the attack and end the Battle Phase.

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Rescuer_from_the_Grave

Contagion of Madness

DMG: Activate when your opponent attacks you directly. After damage calculation inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the monsters ATK. Then, destroy that monster.
Wikia: Activate only when an opponent's monster declares a direct attack. Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half that monster's ATK at the same time you take Battle Damage.

Note: The Wikia effect is more or less how it worked on the anime. Had it been more like the DMG effect, Kaiba would have won, lol.

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Contagion_of_Madness

Aetonyx Flame

DMG: Destroy all face-up monsters on the field that are not Fiend-Type or FIRE monsters, then Special Summon 1 Fiend or FIRE monster from your Graveyard. You cannot enter your Battle Phase this turn.
Wikia: Destroy all monsters on the field other than FIRE Fiend-Type monsters. You can Special Summon 1 FIRE Fiend-Type monster from your Graveyard. You cannot declare an attack during the turn you activate this card.

Note: While in the anime that Alistair said that it's Fiend or FIRE, the text says otherwise.

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Aetonyx_Flame

Brave Attack

DMG: During the Battle Phase this turn, when your monsters attack an opponent's monster with a higher ATK, you take no battle damage. Additionally if more than one of your monsters attacks that monster, apply Battle Damage to that monster equal to the combined total of all monsters that Attacked it.
Wikia: You can add together the ATK of all Attack Position monsters you control, and attack one of your opponent's monsters. At the end of the Battle Phase, destroy all Attack Position monsters you control.

Note: This is very, very hard to correct since this game doesn't have the whole "Multiple monsters attack at the same time" shtick. It would be best to make it into a Union Attack clone.

Correct Text: Target 1 face-up monster you control; add up the total ATK of all other face-up Attack Position monsters you currently control, then during the Battle Phase of this turn only, the monster gains that much ATK, also other face-up Attack Position monsters cannot attack. At the end of the Battle Phase, destroy all Attack Position monsters you control.

Guardian Eatos (Anime)

DMG: If "Celestial Sword - Eatos" is on your side of the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can send 1 "Celestial Sword - Eatos" equipped to this card to the Graveyard to remove from play all monsters in your opponent's Graveyard. This card gains ATK equal to the combined ATK of each monster removed by this effect, until the End Phase.
Wikia: This card can only be Summoned while you control a face-up "Celestial Sword - Eatos". If you have no monsters in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can destroy a "Celestial Sword - Eatos" equipped to this card to remove from play Monster Cards from the top of your opponent's Graveyard until a non-Monster Card is revealed, then have this card gain ATK equal to the combined ATK of the monsters removed. Monsters with 0 ATK cannot be removed from play by this effect. until the End Phase.

Note: The card text didn't have the restriction involving 0 ATK monsters, but the card text is also missing its End Phase mention. Eatos does lose its boost at the end phase.

Since Burnup already mentioned this card in his thread, I'll detail why the real card effect here stands out...behold!

Underworld Circle

DMG: Destroy all monsters on the field, and remove all monsters in both player's hand and Decks from play. Once per turn during the Main Phase, each player can Special Summon 1 monster from their Graveyard (Ignoring the Summoning Conditions). If a monster Special Summoned by this effect is destroyed, it is removed from play.
Wikia: Destroy all monsters on the field and remove from play all monsters in both players' Decks. Once per turn, each player can Special Summon 1 monster from their Graveyard. While this card is on the field, you can ignore the Summoning conditions required for Normal and Special Summons. When a monster Normal or Special Summoned by this effect is destroyed, remove it from play instead of sending it to the Graveyard.

Finally done. Now onwards to GX01.

Here's one I just remembered

Orichalcos Malevolence

DMG: (1500/0)
Wikia: (1500/1000)

NOTE: In the card image, we can see that its DEF has 4 digits. So the minimum amount this card could possibly have is 1000.

Armored Gravitation

DMG: Activate only when you control a face-up "Psychic Armor Head". Special Summon up to 4 Level 4 or lower Armor monsters from your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled.
Wikia: Special Summon up to 4 Level 4 or lower Armor monsters in face-up Attack Position from your Deck. At the end of the turn that this card's activated, send those monsters Special Summoned by the effect of this card to the Graveyard.

The "Psychic Armor Head" clause was added in to balance the card out.

My text: Activate only when you control a face-up "Psychic Armor Head". Special Summon up to4 Level 4 or lower Armor monsters in face-up Attack Position from your Deck. At the end of the turn that this card's activated, send those monsters Special Summoned by the effect of this card to the Graveyard.

Note: The Japanese text makes no mention that you get to choose up to 4. It's 4 exact like Phoenix Gravitation
